Insurance
The Well-Beings Group, does not accept insurance and is not paneled with any insurance companies. Thus, it is the client’s responsibility to pay for services upfront and file their own insurance claims. You will be provided with a detailed superbill following each session and a monthly statement. Both of these documents can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is important to note that a guarantee of benefits by your insurance company, does not always guarantee payment on their part. Please contact your insurance company for additional information and to check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Payment
Payment is expected, in full, at the time of your appointment via cash or credit/debit card.
