Individual Therapy

In your therapy sessions, we’ll work to improve current areas of challenge, increase positive thinking and behavior, and open the heart to forgiveness of self and others. We will help you work to construct more adaptive ways of thinking in an effort to construct a more positive narrative. In this co-created environment of safety you will have an opportunity to develop solutions and tools that will improve your ability to cope with life's challenges. It is our desire that you find wellness, however you define that, within your own being.
